We are pleased to introduce Mr. Wu Lin, a seasoned banking executive with over 30 years of experience across Asia’s financial markets, now contributing his expertise to the growing Hong Kong–Vietnam business ecosystem.

Having joined Bank of China (BOC) in 1994, Mr. Wu has built a distinguished career through a series of senior leadership roles spanning China, Thailand, and Vietnam. His track record includes leading financial institution strategies in Shandong, managing large-scale branch operations, and serving as Director and Executive Vice President of Bank of China (Thai) Limited, where he played a key role in expanding the bank’s regional footprint over nearly a decade.

Today, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Wu oversees both corporate and retail banking operations at Bank of China (Hong Kong), bringing a strong combination of institutional expertise, cross-border insight, and market adaptability to support businesses operating in Vietnam.

His appointment to the General Committee of the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) reflects not only his professional credibility, but also his commitment to strengthening financial connectivity and business collaboration between Hong Kong and Vietnam.

With an academic foundation from Nanjing University and City University of London, Mr. Wu combines technical depth with international perspective—making him a valuable voice in navigating the evolving landscape of regional finance and investment.
