We are proud to feature Ms. Tri-Mai Hoang, a highly respected leader in the aviation and aerospace sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Airbus for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

In her role, Tri-Mai leads Airbus’ business strategy, operations, and industrial footprint across the region, while supporting key commercial initiatives and long-term partnerships in one of the fastest-growing aviation markets in the world. Her work plays an important role in strengthening Airbus’ presence and contributing to the development of the regional aviation ecosystem.

Before joining Airbus in 2021, Tri-Mai built an impressive 17-year career with Rolls-Royce, where she served as Country Head for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and the Philippines. During this time, she led operations, expanded strategic relationships, and supported major aviation and energy projects across Southeast Asia.

With deep regional insight and a strong track record in leading global organizations, Tri-Mai is known for her ability to align international capabilities with local market dynamics, delivering sustainable and long-term value for partners and stakeholders.
