We are pleased to feature Monika Jurzak, a dedicated leader and long-standing contributor to the European business community in Vietnam, currently serving as the Executive Director of CEEC Vietnam.

With over a decade of experience living and working in Vietnam since 2011, and prior years across Central and Eastern Europe, Monika brings a strong cross-cultural perspective and deep understanding of international collaboration. Her professional journey includes roles in both operations and project coordination, particularly within non-profit and community-driven organizations such as the International Women’s Association in Vilnius and various charitable initiatives in Vietnam.

Graduating from the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University, Monika combines structured management expertise with a people-oriented approach. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in supporting initiatives that connect individuals, strengthen communities, and foster meaningful engagement between business and society.

At CEEC Vietnam, Monika plays a key role in bringing together European businesses, partners, and stakeholders, contributing to a more connected, collaborative, and supportive ecosystem for companies operating in Vietnam.

Beyond her professional work, Monika is also a passionate artist, expressing her creativity through oil painting—a reflection of her balanced approach to both professional and personal life.
