As the Managing Partner of dMTV Global, headquartered in Singapore with offices in Malta and Vietnam, Federico leads a forward-thinking legal and tax advisory firm with a strong track record—having advised over 200 blockchain-related projects in just three years, across Asia and the Caribbean.

Federico’s impressive global footprint includes legal practice and leadership in Milan, Malta, Singapore, and Vietnam, and professional experiences in Beijing, Brussels, Barcelona, and more. His deep understanding of both European legal traditions and fast-evolving Asian markets uniquely equips him to serve as a bridge between cultures and jurisdictions.

He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICham) and serves on multiple boards, including Harvard and MIT-alumni-founded startups in digital marketing and analytics. As a respected academic, he lectures at leading institutions such as MIP Politecnico di Milano, NEU Hanoi, and NIBI Business School, inspiring the next generation of international business leaders.
